You have a diploma in electromechanics (graduate) or A2 electricity/electromechanics and a qualified refrigeration engineer (category I certificate of aptitude for handling refrigerant fluids) with at least 5 years' experience.
Knowledge of sanitary/plumbing is an important asset.
- Perform maintenance and repair of professional kitchen appliances
- Diagnose breakdowns/carry out proper functioning checks
- Prepare your interventions (materials, tools, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with intervention deadlines and safety rules
- Write technical reports (intervention reports, etc.)
